非标自动化设备的结构选择与安全研究

摘要 如今我国的自动化技术达到先进水平,相关技术在自动化设备结构中的应用也较为广泛,极大提升了自动化设备的性能与运行安全性。在进行非标自动化设备设计期间,需要严格遵守精细化的原则,结构选择也需要结合产品设计的实际需求,并对设备使用及后期升级进行综合考量。文章主要针对非标自动化设备的结构选择设计进行分析,并对非标自动化设备的安全性能及强化进行论述。 Nowadays,all kinds of automation technology in our country have reached the advanced state,and the technology is widely used in the structure of automation equipment,which greatly improves the performance and safety of equipment automation operation.During the design of non-standard automation equipment,the principle of refinement should be strictly maintained.During the structure selection period,the equipment use and later upgrade should be comprehensively considered in combination with the actual needs of product design.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the structure selection design of non-standard automation equipment,and discusses the safety performance and strengthening of non-standard automation equipment.
