林格曼烟气黑度望远镜计量特性研究

摘要 利用生物显微镜及测微尺作为计量标准器具,研究对象为不同厂家生产的不同型号的林格曼烟气黑度望远镜,对其目镜上镶嵌的不同林格曼黑度等级的光学分划板总面积和白色部分面积进行测量,通过试验计算得到实际等级值,计算示值误差。通过分析计算表明:示值误差最大为0.102级;验证林格曼烟气黑度望远镜计量特性显著;进而验证林格曼烟气黑度望远镜国家检定规程或者校准规范编写工作的可行性。 Using biological microscopes and micrometers as standard measuring instruments,the research objects are different types of Ringelmann smoke blackness telescopes produced by different manufacturers,and the optical divisions of different Ringelmann blackness levels embedded in their eyepieces The total area of the board and the area of the white part are measured,the actual grade value is calculated through experiments,and the indication error is calculated.Analysis and calculation show that the maximum indication error is 0.102;the measurement characteristics of the Ringelmann smoke blackness telescope are significant;and the feasibility of writing the national verification regulations or calibration specifications for the Ringelmann smoke blackness telescope is verified.
