In the new era,the development of science and technology has paved the way for social production and life,and the accelerated development trend of economic globalization is affecting the status of chemical plants to adapt to the industrial structure and new market.Therefore,if the traditional manufacturing enterprises want to maintain their backward production management system and make the new enterprises make full use of their production development space,they must carry out corresponding strategic transformation.The introduction of modern production management methods,such as information integrated production management system,is conducive to improving the management efficiency of chemical plants,and ensuring the improvement of the current situation of the decline of enterprise competitiveness and backward development.Based on the concept of ERP integration,this paper analyzes the production management system of manufacturing enterprises,aiming at improving the production management level and efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.
