供电企业用电检查管理模式与措施探究

Probe into the Management Mode and Measures of Power Supply Enterprise's Power Consumption Inspection

基于当前用电检查管理中所存在的不足,提出相应的解决措施,对于促进供电企业健康发展将有着积极的意义。研究发现,解析其中所存在的不足需回答两个问题,即“是否改进了客户关系”、“是否实现了降能增效的目标”。用电检查管理模式可沿着三个方面来展开构建,其保障措施分别为:在用电检查管理中构建激励机制、在用电检查管理中优化考核体系、在用电检查管理中完备档案管理、在用电检查管理中搭建学习平台。

Based on the current shortcomings of electricity inspection and management,corresponding solutions are proposed,which will have a positive significance for promoting the healthy development of power supply enterprises.The study found that to analyze the shortcomings,two questions need to be answered,that is,"whether the customer relationship is improved"and"whether the goal of reducing energy consumption and increasing efficiency has been achieved".The electricity consumption inspection management model can be constructed along three aspects.Its safeguard measures are:constructing an incentive mechanism in the electricity inspection management,optimizing the assessment system in the electricity inspection management,and completing file management in the electricity inspection management.Build a learning platform in the electricity inspection management.
