叶玲主任运用“体用思想”指导治疗肛肠病的经验分享

Director Ye Ling’s experience in the treatment of anorectal diseases under the guidance of essence-utility view

"体"与"用"是中国古代哲学中的一对基本范畴,用于解释"理事关系"。就疾病而言,"事"是指疾病所表现出的临床症状,即"用";"理"是指诱发疾病的原因,即"体"。叶玲主任从医30余年,以"体用思想"为指导,认为福建地域肛肠病发病证型以湿热证多见,治疗上最常运用清热祛湿为治疗大法,其自拟紫及清解灌肠液、系列加味乙字汤、苦参清热洗剂、乌梅汤、五味消毒透脓合剂等经验方治疗如痔病、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘、肛周湿疹等常见病,及便秘、脱肛病等疑难肛肠病临床疗效显著,现将其治疗经验及验案介绍、分享如下。

Ti(体) and Yong(用) are a pair of basic categories in ancient Chinese philosophy, which are used to explain the Li-Shi relationship. As far as the disease is concerned, Shi(事) refers to the clinical symptoms of the disease, which relates to Yong;Li refers to the cause of the disease, which relates to Ti. Director Ye Ling is one of the fourth batch of national experts in anorectal disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine, one of the sixth batch of instructors to inherit the academic experience of the national veteran experts in traditional Chinese medicine, one of the second batch of famous doctor in traditional Chinese medicine in Fujian Province, and the main inheritor of the fifth generation of Deng’s hemorrhoids school in Fujian Province. She has been in clinical practice for 40 years, and under the guidance of the thought of Ti-Yong, she believes that damp-heat syndrome is the most common syndrome type of anorectal disease in Fujian, so that heat-clearing and dampness-removing is her most common method in treatment. Her self-made Ziji heat-clearing and detoxifying enema(自拟紫及清解灌肠液), Jiawei Yizi decoction(加味乙字汤), Wumei decoction(乌梅汤) etc. have significant clinical effects in the treatment of common and difficult anorectal diseases such as hemorrhoids, anal fissure, perianal abscess, and constipation,prolapse of anus.
