补肺固肾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响

Effect of Bufei Gushen decoction on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨补肺固肾汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年8月-2019年12月西昌市人民医院收治的68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床资料,根据不同给药方案分为两组,各34例。两组均进行西医常规治疗,对照组给予多索茶碱注射液进行治疗,观察组加用补肺固肾汤。观察两组患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:治疗2个月后,两组患者肺功能指标水平较治疗前均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均升高,且观察组更高,两组患者CD8+水平均降低,且观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肺固肾汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,可有效改善患者肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群水平,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective: To explore the effect of Bufei Gushen decoction(补肺固肾汤) on lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: The clinical data of 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) admitted to People’s Hospital of Xichang, Sichuan Province from August 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different drug administration regimens, they were divided into two groups, with 34 patients in each group. Both groups received routine western medicine treatment, the control group was given doxofyline injection for treatment, the observation group was given Bufei Gushen decoction. The lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were observed. Results: After 2 months of treatment, lung function indicators of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the two groups increased, and the increasing of the observation group was higher. The CD8 level of the two groups decreased, and decreasing of the observation group was lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bufei Gushen decoction can effectively improve lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with COPD, and it has a good clinical effect.
