中医护理对血液透析肾病患者相关症状及生活质量的影响

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on related symptoms and quality of life of hemodialysis nephropathy patients

目的:分析予以血透肾病患者中医护理对其相关症状和生活质量的影响。方法:采用分层抽样法抽选2018年1月-2018年12月中山市人民医院收治的血透肾病患者共98例纳入本次试验,并用均等双盲划分法将其中49例纳入对照组(予以常规护理),剩余49例纳入观察组(予以中医护理),统计并比较两组的总有效率和护理前后生活质量评分。结果:观察组的总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:予血透肾病患者中医护理能改善其疾病症状,提高其生活质量,值得采用。

Objective: To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the related symptoms and quality of life hemodialysis nephropathy patients. Methods: A total of 98 patients with hemodialysis nephropathy admitted to Zhongshan People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected by stratified sampling for inclusion in this experiment. Among them, 49 cases were included in the control group(routine nursing) and the remaining 49 cases were included in the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine nursing) by using the equal double-blind division method. The total effective rate and the life quality score before and after nursing of the two groups were statistically compared.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine nursing can relieve the related symptoms and improve the quality of life of hemodialysis nephropathy patients.
