中医情志护理对脑卒中后抑郁症患者的影响

Effect of TCM emotional nursing on patients with post-stroke depression

目的:研究中医情志护理对脑卒中后抑郁症患者的影响。方法:将聊城市第四人民医院2018年1月-2019年12月聊城市第四人民医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者82例,分为观察组和对照组,分别采用中医情志护理和常规护理方法,对患者满意度和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分进行观察。结果:观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,两组比较具有差异统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者干预后对照组HAMD评分低于观察组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理可改善脑卒中后抑郁症患者的临床症状、改善抑郁程度、提高患者满意度,在临床值得推广应用。

Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) emotional nursing on post-stroke depression.Methods: 82 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Liaocheng the Fourth People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group, who received TCM emotional nursing and conventional nursing respectively. The satisfaction degree and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score of patients were observed.Results: The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). After intervention, the HAMD score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM emotional nursing can relieve the clinical symptoms and the degree of depression and improve the satisfaction of patients with post-stroke depression.
