针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:观察针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,CSR)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照方法将符合纳入标准的上海市嘉定区安亭镇社区卫生服务中心的门诊患者分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。分别采用针刺配合耳穴贴压和单纯针刺疗法进行治疗,观察两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)及临床症状、体征评分表。结果:治疗2个疗程后,两组VAS及中医症状、体征积分均较治疗前明显降低,治疗组临床治愈16例,有效12例,无效2例,治愈率为(53.33%,16/30),总有效率为(93.33%,28/30),对照组临床治愈5例,有效16例,无效9例,治愈率为(16.67%,5/30),总有效率为(70%,21/30),治疗组优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.045 3<0.05)。结论:针刺配合耳穴贴压与单纯针刺疗法相比,其临床疗效更佳,耳穴贴压作为一种中医适宜技术,其操作简便、疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR). Methods: The outpatient patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases), who received acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking and simple acupuncture treatment respectively. Visual analogue scale(VAS) and clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results: After 2 courses of treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and signs and VAS of two groups were significantly decreased, and in the treatment group, 16 cases were cured, 12 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the cure rate was(53.33%, 16/30), the total effective rate was(93.33%, 28/30), in the control group, 5 cases were cured, 16 cases were effective, 9 cases failed, the cure rate was(16.67%,5/30), the total effective rate was(70%,21/30), the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.045 3<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with acupuncture treatment alone, acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking has better clinical efficacy. As an appropriate technique in traditional Chinese medicine, auricular point sticking is easy to operate and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
