温针灸对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能改善的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on pain and improvement of shoulder joint function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:观察分析温针灸对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能改善的疗效。方法:选取广东祈福医院康复中心在2014年1月-2019年1月收治的50例肩周炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(应用药物治疗方法)和试验组(在对照组基础上应用温针灸治疗方法),每组均为25例。采用统计学分析两组肩周炎患者治疗前后的肩关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分及临床治疗效果。结果:两组治疗前肩关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组肩关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组视觉模拟评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组临床治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸对肩周炎患者疼痛及肩关节功能改善的疗效显著。

Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the pain and improvement of shoulder joint function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods: A total of 50 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to Guangdong Clifford Hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(with drug treatment) and the experimental group(with warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group). The results of shoulder function score, visual simulation score and clinical treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no statistical significance in the scores of shoulder joint function and visual simulation before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of shoulder joint function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of visual simulation in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion is significant on the improvement of shoulder periarthritis pain and shoulder joint function.
