中药硬膏热贴敷联合复方伤痛胶囊治疗椎体压缩骨折的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of hot application of Chinese herbal hard paste combined with Compound Shangtong Capsule in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture

目的:对中药硬膏热贴敷联合复方伤痛胶囊治疗椎体压缩骨折的临床效果进行探讨。方法:以椎体压缩骨折患者为研究对象,共选取60例,研究时间为2016年10月-2019年10月,采用单双号抽签的方式将患者分组进行探究,每组各30例,抽取到单号的患者纳入对照组,采用复方伤痛胶囊治疗;抽取到双号的患者纳入观察组,在对照组基础上联合中药硬膏热贴敷治疗,对比两组治疗效果及疼痛评分情况。结果:观察组29例患者治疗效果良好(96.67%,29/30),对照组23例患者治疗效果良好(76.67%,23/30),统计学分析显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对椎体压缩骨折患者,中药硬膏热贴敷联合复方伤痛胶囊治疗能取得良好的治疗效果,有助于缓解疼痛,帮助患者早日恢复健康。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of hot application of Chinese herbal hard paste combined with Compound Shangtong Capsule(复方伤痛胶囊) in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture. Methods: 60 patients with vertebral compression fractures were selected as the research subjects, the starting time was the October 2016, and the ending time was October 2019. Patients were divided into groups by lottery with odd-even numbers, with 30 patients in each group. Patients with odd numbers were included in the control group(Compound Shangtong Capsule treatment) and those with even numbers were included in the observation group. Patients in the observation group received hot application of Chinese herbal hard paste combined with Compound Shangtong Capsule, and the therapeutic effect and pain score of the two groups were compared. Results: 29 patients in the observation group had a good therapeutic effect(96.67%,29/30), while 23 patients in the control group had a good therapeutic effect(76.67%,23/30). Statistical analysis showed that P<0.05, there was a significant difference.Conclusion: For the patients with vertebral compression fracture, the hot application of Chinese herbal hard paste combined with Compound Shangtong Capsule can achieve a good therapeutic effect, it helps to alleviate the pain, and helps the patients recover early.
