摘要 目的:通过对比一种正电子发射断层显像(PET)自动给药系统注射(自动注射)与传统注射,得到更适合临床的注射方法。方法:将表面沾污仪放置于传统注射距针头30 cm处和自动注射工作人员站立处,测量两个地方的当量剂量率峰值,记录并比较;分别采用传统注射和自动注射两种方式完成20例患者的注射,各完成10例患者,记录并分析目标活度、传统注射活度和自动注射活度;分析自动给药系统的设备故障率及药品使用率;采用传统注射和自动注射完成患者注射后分别测量注射点最大标准化摄取值(SUV_(max)),对传统注射患者和自动注射患者注射点SUV_(max)进行对比分析。结果:自动注射与传统注射相比,可减少注射工作人员99%以上的辐射剂量;两种注射方式的空针活度比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.918,P<0.01),满针活度、注射活度以及注射活度与目标活度比值之间比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=0.757,t=0.146,t=-1.971;P>0.05);设备故障率为0.22%,药品使用率受衰变影响较大;两种注射方式中患者注射点SUV_(max)的差异无统计学意义(t=2.06,P>0.05),注射点剂量与注射方式无关。结论:PET自动给药系统更适合用于临床,但部分功能仍需完善。 Objective:To obtain more suitably clinical injection method by comparing one kind of automatic injection system with positron emission tomography(PET)and conventional injection.Method:The surface contamination meter was placed at a distance of 30 cm from the syringe needle of conventional injection and the position of paramedic who performing automatic injection,and the peak values of equivalent dose rate of the two points were measured,recorded and compared.And the two methods were respectively adopted to implement injection for 10 patients,and the total number of patients was 20 persons.The target activity,conventional injection activity and automatic injection activity were recorded and analyzed.The failure rate of equipment and usage rate of the medicine of automatic medicine delivery system were analyzed,and the maximum standardization uptake values(SUVmax)of injection points of two kinds of methods were respectively measured.And then the SUVmax levels of injection point of two methods were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the conventional injection method,the automatic injection method could reduce the 99%of radiation dose on personnel who implement injection.And the difference of the activity of empty needle between the two methods was significant(t=7.918,P<0.01).And the differences of the activity of fulling needle,the activity of injection,the ratio of injection activity to target activity between the two methods were no significant(t=0.757,t=0.146,t=-1.971,P>0.05).And the failure rate of equipment was 0.22%,the influences of decay was larger on the usage rate of medicine.The difference of the SUVmax of injection points of the two methods was not significant(t=2.06,P>0.05),and the dosage of injection point was not correlation with injection method.Conclusion:PET automatic medicine delivery system is more suitable for clinical use,but partial functions of this system still need to be improved.
