新型冠状病毒肺炎防控期间学生对网络教学在急诊医学教学中的评价调查研究

摘要 目的:探索新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控常态化管理期间网络教学的应用前景,保证临床医学教学效果。方法:通过远程网络平台—腾讯视频,采用云查房、专题讲座、技能培训以及基于案例的学习(CBL)方法进行在线授课;自行设计教师教学评价调查问卷,利用远程平台问卷星系统,调查回收2020年2-8月医院急诊科实习学生的395份调查问卷,并对问卷内容进行分析,评价教师远程网络教学情况。结果:问卷中教师教学效果的20个问题具有较高的内在一致性,评价结果具有较好的可信度,Cronbach'sα=0.945;多元Logistic回归寻找影响学生满意度的主要因素有授课准时、教师教学水平、对授课重点进行总结复习、理论联系实际、因材施教、教学授课量适中和中英文结合7个因素;通过百分制对教师测评,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线提示其最佳预测截点91,灵敏度为89.5%,特异度为70.1%,阳性预测值为90.19%,阴性预测值为68.49%。结论:COVID-19防控常态化管理期间,应用远程网络平台进行网络教学可以帮助学生建立临床思维,提高学生的主观能动性,对非常时期临床实习有一定的弥补作用。 Objective:To explore the application prospect of network teaching in emergency medicine teaching during the period of normalized management of prevention and control of COVID-19 and ensure the learning effect of clinical medical students.Methods:Online teaching was conducted based on remote network platform–Tencent Video by using online ward rounds,special lectures,skill training and case based learning(CBL)teaching.A self-designed teacher teaching evaluation questionnaire was used to investigate and recover 395 questionnaires from intern students in emergency department of hospital from February to August 2020 by using the remote platform WenJuanXing.The contents of the questionnaires were analyzed to evaluate the teachers'network teaching.Results:The 20 questions about teachers'teaching effect in the questionnaire had high intrinsic consistency,and the evaluation results had good credibility,Cronbach'sα=0.945;multivariate logistic regression found the main factors affecting student satisfaction were Punctual teaching,teachers'teaching level,summarization and review of key points,integrating theory with practice,teaching in accordance with students'aptitude,proper teaching quantity and combination of Chinese and English;according to the evaluation of teachers by a percentage system,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve indicated that the best prediction cut-off point was 91,the sensitivity was 89.5%,the specificity was 70.1%,the positive predictive value was 90.19%,and the negative predictive value was 68.49%.Conclusion:During the period of normalized management of prevention and control of COVID-19,the application of network teaching platform can help students to establish clinical thinking,improve their subjective initiative which has a certain remedial effect on clinical internship in extraordinary period.
