超声引导宫颈癌自适应近距离放射治疗的研究进展

Research progress of ultrasound-guided adaptive brachytherapy on cervical cancer

科学治疗宫颈癌是各医疗机构一直以来的重点研究内容。尽管各国在宫颈癌预防与筛查方面采取积极措施,仍有超过2/3的患者确诊时已发展至局部晚期宫颈癌(LACC)。手术及放化疗是宫颈癌常用的治疗方法,尽管有可供选择的标准治疗模式,但LACC患者的治疗效果并不理想。近距离治疗(BT)的应用与患者良好的预后呈正相关,但易产生严重的并发症。有研究指出,超声引导BT可在达到治疗目的同时,降低并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量。回顾性分析国内外应用超声引导近距离治疗宫颈癌的基础和临床研究,为宫颈癌的治疗探索新的科学方法。

The scientific therapy of cervical cancer is always the important research content of various medical institution.Although each country had adopted active measures in the prevention and screening of cervical cancer,the processes of more than two-thirds of patients still have developed to locally advanced cervical cancer(LACC)when they were confirmed.Surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy are common treatment methods for cervical cancer.Although there are standard treatment modes could be provided for selection,the treatment effect of LACC patients still is not ideal.There is positive correlation between the application of brachytherapy(BT)and favorable prognosis of patient,while it is easy to cause severe complication.Studies have pointed out that ultrasound-guided BT could reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients while it achieved the purpose of treatment.This review retrospectively analyzed the basis and clinical research of applying ultrasound-guided BT for cervical cancer at home and abroad in recent years so as to explore new scientific methods for the treatment of cervical cancer.
