摘要
通过使用目测法、高精度超细管腔检测仪检测法以及微生物培养法,评价新型真空超声清洗器对硬式内窥镜手术器械的清洗效果和干燥效果。经肉眼目测法观察器械干燥度和清洁度合格率均为100%,使用高精度超细管腔检测仪随机检测器械干燥度和清洁度合格率分别为95.29%和97.64%,使用微生物培养法对清洗后洗脱液进行细菌培养,实体类器械和精密类器械清洗合格率均为100%,管腔类器械清洗合格率为95.00%,其平均合格率为96.92%。新型真空超声清洗器对硬式内窥镜手术器械的清洗效果和干燥效果均可达到合格要求。
The visual method,high-precision ultra-fine tube cavity detector and microorganism culture method were used to evaluate the effects of cleaning and drying of new type vacuum ultrasonic cleaner on the surgical apparatuses of the solid endoscopy.The qualified rates both dryness and cleanliness of apparatuses were 100%by using visual method,and those were 95.29%and 97.64%by using high-precision ultra-fine tube cavity detector,respectively.The bacterial culture was implemented on the eluent post cleaning by using microorganism culture method,and the qualified rates both solid and precision apparatuses were 100%.And the qualified rate of the cleanness of tube cavity apparatus was 95.00%and the average qualified rate of that was 96.92%.The effects both cleanness and dryness of new type vacuum ultrasonic cleaner on the surgical apparatuses of solid endoscopy can achieve the requirement of eligibility.
