李良泉活用四物汤加味治疗慢性病的经验总结

Experience summary of Li Liangquan in treating chronic diseases with modified Siwu Decoction

李良泉教授,湖北省中医院肾病科副主任中医师,从事中医药防治肾病的临床工作30余年,对临床常见的肾病以及其他科疾病均具有丰富的诊疗经验。李良泉教授认为久病多虚,久病多瘀,慢性疾病或疑难杂症的发生、发展均与瘀血和血虚密不可分。四物汤补血活血,治血虚又行瘀,因此李良泉教授认为可以用四物汤为基础方对慢性疾病进行治疗,且临床多年用之皆效。多篇现代临床对照试验及动物实验验证了四物汤对一系列慢性疾病有良好的预后作用。李良泉教授在四物汤原方基础上或化裁,或以此方为基础合用其他方,将之广泛应用于临床各科疾病。本文举出李良泉教授在肾结石日久、慢性肾炎、遗精、老年女性泌尿道感染、腰痛、脱发共六种常见病的常用处方以及随之加减之中药,和一验案举隅,以供同道参考。

Professor Li Liangquan,deputy chief physician of Nephrology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has been engaged in the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of nephropathy for more than 30 years,and he has rich experience in diagnosis and treatment of common clinical nephropathy and other diseases.Professor Li Liangquan considers that chronic diseases are often deficient,and chronic diseases or complicated diseases are closely related to blood stasis and blood deficiency.Professor Li Liangquan believes that Siwu Decoction can be used as the basic prescription for the treatment of chronic diseases,and it is effective in clinical practice for many years.Many modern clinical controlled trials and animal experiments have also proved that Siwu Decoction has a good prognosis for a series of chronic diseases.On the basis of Siwu Decoction,Professor Li Liangquan uses it widely in clinical diseases.In this paper,Professor Li Liangquan’s common prescriptions for six common diseases,including chronic nephritis,spermatorrhea,urinary tract infection,low back pain and alopecia in elderly women,are cited,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine added or subtracted accordingly,as well as an example of a case,so as to provide reference for the people engaged in the same pursuit.
