摘要 黄茅海跨海通道高栏港大桥为主跨700m的大跨径斜拉桥,以其为工程背景,比选了新颖的独柱式纤腰桥塔和A型旋动桥塔两种塔型方案,推荐采用独柱式纤腰桥塔。介绍了推荐方案桥塔设计的关键技术:采用动力阻尼器加刚性限位的纵向结构体系,以优化塔身内力及塔顶位移;塔身重度盐雾区采用环氧钢筋并对塔身设置涂装防护体系,以提高其耐久性;承台设置防撞护舷、塔身潜在撞击范围内设置实心段及防撞隔板,以应对94.6MN的船撞力。 Gaolangang Bridge in HuangmaohaiLink is a long span cable stayed bridge with main span of 700m,taking it as the engineering background,two novel tower type schemes have been compared,one is single column pylon with slender figures;the other one is A-type flexible space rotation pylon,the former is recommended.The key technical points of the recommended scheme have been introduced.Longitudinal rigid limit-dynamic damping device has been proposed to optimize the internal force of the tower body and the displacement of the tower top.In order to improve the durability of the tower,epoxy coated steel bars have been used in the heavy salt fog area of the tower body,and a coating protection system has been set on the tower body.The pile caps have been equipped with protection fenders,the solid section and anti-collision partition have been set in the potential impact range of the tower body to cope with the 94.6mn vessel impact force.
