可渗透反应墙技术处理酸性矿山废水的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用可渗透反应墙技术处理某矿区矿山排放的酸性废水,考察其对废水pH值、色度、总铁和总锰的去除效果。试验结果表明,该技术工艺对色度、总铁、总锰的平均去除率分别为97.25%、97.26%和83.58%,出水pH值为6.4~7.3、总铁的质量浓度为3.24~36.18 mg/L、总锰的质量浓度为0.23~1.42 mg/L,出水无色透明。工程应用结果表明,该技术工艺对酸性矿山废水治理取得良好的效果,出水总铁浓度满足GB 20426—2006《煤炭工业污染物排放标准》要求,pH值、色度和总锰浓度满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》要求,同时具有较好的经济效益、环境效益。 Using permeable reactive barrier technology to treat acid wastewater from a mine in diggings,the effect of it on wastewater pH value,as well as the removal rates of chroma,total iron and total manganese was investigated.The test results showed that,the average removal rates of chroma,total iron and total manganese by the said technology were 97.25%,97.26%and 83.58%respectively,the pH value of the effluent water was 6.4-7.3,the mass concentrations of total iron and total manganese were 3.24-36.18 and 0.23-1.42 mg/L respectively,the effluent water was colorless and transparent.The results of engineering application showed that,the said technology had achieved good results in the treatment of acid mine drainage,the total iron concentration in effluent water met the requirement of GB 20426—2006 Coal industry pollutant discharge standard,the pH value,chroma and total manganese concentrations met the requirement of GB 8978—1996 Integrated wastewater discharge standard,which had good economic and environmental benefits at the same time.
