An extension project example of a sewage treatment plant in economic and technological development zone

某经济技术开发区污水处理厂扩建工程采用预处理-改良A^(2)O-矩形二沉池-高效沉淀池-反硝化滤池-消毒池的组合工艺,介绍了该工艺的处理流程、工艺特点及主要设计参数。为应对水质波动,在A^(2)O好氧池内设计缺氧/好氧段,以实现A^(2)O和两级AO两种运行模式的切换。为解决用地紧张问题,优化了单体设计,生化池采用鼓风曝气,增大池深,减少占地;二沉池采用周进周出矩形二沉池,并与生化池紧凑布置。设计出水水质优于GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。

A combined process of pretreatment-modified A^(2)O-rectangular secondary sedimentation tank-efficient sedimentation tank-denitrification filter-disinfecting tank was adopted in the extension project of a sewage treatment plant in an economic and technological development zone.The flow,characteristics and main design parameters of the said process were introduced.In order to cope with water quality fluctuation,an anoxic/aerobic section was designed and set up in A^(2)O aerobic tank to realize the switching between A^(2)O and two-stage AO operation modes.In order to solve the problem of land shortage,the individual design was optimized,blast aeration was adopted in the biochemical tank,which increased the depth of the tank and decreased land occupation at the same time.Rectangular secondary sedimentation tank with peripheral inflow and outflow was adopted and compactly arranged with biochemical tank.The design effluent water quality is better than the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
