使用“G水”所致精神和行为障碍一例

A Case Report:Mental and Behavior Disorder Caused by Abuse of “G”

"G水",即γ-羟基丁酸(γ-hydroxybutyrate,GHB),是一种无色、无味的中枢神经系统抑制剂,临床用作麻醉剂。近年来,GHB被不法分子利用作为性侵犯的辅助药物的报道日渐增多。但由于GHB检测上存在困难,国内有关GHB滥用的报道不多。我院收治1例滥用"G水"导致精神障碍的患者,本病例诊断上以患者自我报告为主,治疗上主要是对症支持治疗,预后较好。对GHB的科普和预防是有必要的,希望将来有便捷准确的检测方法。

"G", short for gamma hydroxybutyrate(GHB), is a colorless and tasteless central nervous system inhibitor, and is used as an anesthetic in clinic.In recent years, GHB has been abused by illegal elements as an auxiliary drug for sexual abuse has been reported increasingly.However, due to the difficulties in GHB detection, there are few reports of GHB abuse in China.One patient with mental disorder caused by abuse of "g water" was treated in our hospital.The diagnosis of this case is mainly self-report, and the treatment is mainly symptomatic support treatment, and the prognosis is good.It is necessary to make science popularization and prevention of GHB, and we hope that there will be convenient and accurate detection methods in the future.
