抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of antibiotic step-down therapy in the treatment of severe pneumonia

目的:分析抗生素降阶梯治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及安全性效果。方法:2017年6月-2020年6月收治重症肺炎患者90例,分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗;研究组给予抗生素降阶梯治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间、感染控制时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于重症肺炎患者采取抗生素降阶梯治疗模式,是一种可以提升疗效且具备良好安全性的举措。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of antibiotic step-down therapy in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2020,90 patients with severe pneumonia were selected,they weredivided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine antibiotics.The study group was treated with antibiotic step-down therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rale,the disappearance time of cough,the recovery time of body temperature,the time of hospitalization and the time of infection control in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The step-down treatment mode of antibiotics for patients with severe pneumonia is a safe and reliable measure to improve the curative effect.
