钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用效果探讨

Application of plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of traumatic fracture of long bone of extremities

目的:探讨使用钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管骨创伤性骨折疾病的应用效果。方法:2019年8月-2020年6月收治四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者80例,采用抽样分配法分为两组,各40例。对照组接受传统闭合交锁髓内钉方法治疗;试验组接受钢板螺钉内固定治疗法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组术式时长及骨折愈合时长均长于试验组,住院时间短于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后Barhtel指数、FIM评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,预后优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢长管骨创伤骨折患者,能明显改善患者的预后状态,降低并发症发生率,保证手术实施的效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture of long bone of extremities.Methods:From August 2019 to June 2020,80 patients with traumatic fractures of long bone of extremities were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each groupby sampling distribution method.The control group was treated with traditional closed interlocking intramedullary nail.The experimental group was treated with plate and screw internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The duration of operation and fracture healing in the control group were longer than those in the experimental group,and the hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Barhtel index and FIM score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of excellent and good prognosis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plate and screw internal fixation can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with traumatic fracture of long bone of extremities,reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the effect of operation.
