摘要
目的:探讨枸橼酸咖啡因改善低体重早产儿辅助通气及呼吸暂停的临床效果与治疗安全性。方法:2019年8月-2020年5月收治呼吸暂停低体重早产儿60例,根据治疗方案不同分为两组,各30例。对照组采用氨茶碱治疗;研究组在氨茶碱基础上采用枸橼酸咖啡因治疗。比较两组临床效果与安全性。结果:研究组呼吸暂停的治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组通气时间、药物使用时间、撤机胎龄及住院时间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:在低体重早产儿辅助通气及呼吸暂停治疗过程中,与传统治疗方法相比,枸橼酸咖啡因的应用有利于实现患儿治疗效果与安全性的合理提升。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of caffeine citrate in improving assisted ventilation and apnea in low birth weight preterm infants.Methods:From August 2019 to May 2020,60 cases of low birth weight premature infants with apnea were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment plans,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminophylline.The study group was treated with caffeine citrate on the basis of aminophylline.The clinical effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment for apnea in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ventilation time,drug use time,gestational age after taking off the ventilator and lengths of hospital stay between the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Caffeine citrate is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect and safety for low birth weight preterm infants with assisted ventilation and apnea,compared with traditional methods.
