宣郁通经汤加减治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床有效性分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of modified Xuanyu Tongjing decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis

目的:探讨宣郁通经汤加减治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床效果。方法:2017年6月-2020年4月收治子宫内膜异位症痛经患者58例,依据数字奇偶法分为两组,各29例。试验组采用米非司酮+宣郁通经汤加减治疗;对照组采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、糖链抗原(CA125)及人附睾蛋白4(CH4)水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后经量异常、腰骶酸痛及行经腹痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后CA125及CH4水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣郁通经汤加减方法的有效运用,可使子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效获得显著提升,并显著降低中医证候评分,使患者CA125及CH4水平获得显著降低,实现有效预后。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Xuanyu Tongjing decoction on dysmenorrhea with endometriosis.Methods:From June 2017 to April 2020,58 cases of patients with dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to digital parity method,with 29 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with mifepristone combined with modified Xuanyu Tongjing decoction.The control group was treated with mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,sugar chain antigen(CA125)and human epididymis protein4(CH4)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of abnormal menstrual volume,lumbosacral pain and abdominal pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CA125 and CH4 levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective use of modified Xuanyu Tongjing decoction can improve the therapeutic effect of dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis,the score of TCM syndrome is significantly reduced,the CA125 and CH4 levels of patients are also significantly reduced,and the effective prognosis is achieved.
