穴位按摩联合六字诀呼吸操在慢阻肺稳定期中的应用

Application of acupoint massage combined with six-character breathing exercises in the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析穴位按摩联合六字诀呼吸操在慢阻肺稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法:2017年9月-2019年9月收治慢阻肺稳定期患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用常规方法治疗;研究组在常规治疗的同时实施穴位按摩联合六字诀呼吸操。比较两组中医证候积分、呼吸困难程度(mMRC)评分及肺功能指标水平(FEV1/FVC)。结果:研究组治疗后中医证候积分及mMRC评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FEV1/FVC水平略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合六字诀呼吸操在慢阻肺稳定期患者中的应用效果确切,可改善预后。

Objective:To explore the application effect of acupoint massage combined with six-character breathing exercises in the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From September 2017 to September 2019,84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable period were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods.The study group was treated with acupoint massage combined with six-character breathing exercises at the same time of routine treatment.We compared the TCM syndrome score,degree of dyspnea(mMRC)score and lung function index level(FEV1/FVC)between the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,TCM syndrome score and mMRC score were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,FEV1/FVC level was slightly higher than that in the control group after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of acupoint massage combined with six-character breathing exercises in the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is accurate,and it can improve prognosis.
