西医结合中医手法治疗肩周炎的疗效及对肩关节功能的影响

Effect of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation on scapulohumeral periarthritis and its influence on shoulder joint function

目的:探讨西医结合中医手法治疗肩周炎的疗效及对肩关节功能的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年10月收治肩周炎患者85例,随机分为两组。对照组给予封闭治疗,观察组在封闭治疗基础上给予中医手法松懈术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗4周后的疼痛评分、日常生活活动能力评分、关节活动度评分、肌力评分及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医结合中医手法治疗肩周炎可显著改善肩关节功能,疗效满意。

Objective:To explore the effect of Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and its influence on shoulder joint function.Methods:From February 2019 to October 2020,85 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was closed cure.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation relaxation on the basis of closed cure.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of pain,daily life activity,joint range of motion,muscle force and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine manipulation in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis,which can significantly improve shoulder function,and the effect is satisfactory.
