化痰祛瘀汤在冠心病稳定性心绞痛中的应用

Application of Huatan Quyu decoction in stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨化痰祛瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结型的临床疗效。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治冠心病心绞痛患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗;试验组在常规西药治疗基础上加服化痰祛瘀汤。比较两组患者心绞痛疗效、中医证候积分变化、中医证候疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组心绞痛治疗总有效率及中医证候治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组治疗后胸闷、胸痛、心悸等症状积分降低明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在用药过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:应用化痰祛瘀汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huatan Quyu decoction in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Huatan Quyu decoction.The curative effect of angina pectoris,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of angina pectoris treatment in the experimental group and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,scores of chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation and other symptoms in the treatment group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the medication.Conclusion:The application of Huatan Quyu decoction is effective in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
