彩超对糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of color Doppler ultrasound on lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients

目的:探究彩超对糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的应用价值。方法:2018年7月-2020年7月收治糖尿病患者100例,按是否有糖尿病足分为观察组和对照组,均接受彩超诊断。比较两组血管狭窄情况、彩色血流充盈情况,斑块发生率、狭窄发生率及闭塞发生率等指标。同时记录正常群体50例作为正常组,采用超声检查其双下肢动脉血管形态。结果:观察组与对照组斑块发生率、狭窄发生率及闭塞发生率均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩超对糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的应用价值较高,能明确诊断出糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变的情况。

Objective:To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2020,100 patients with diabetes were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether they were diabetic or not,and all received color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.The vascular stenosis,the color blood flow filling,the incidence of plaque,the incidence of stenosis and the incidence of occlusion were compared between the two groups.At the same time,50 cases of the normal cases were recorded as the normal group,and the morphology of the arteries of the lower extremities was examined by ultrasound.Results:The incidence of plaque,stenosis and occlusion in the observation group and the control group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a high application value for lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients,and can clearly diagnose the change of lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patients.
