摘要
目的:探讨直肠癌患者进行饮食护理对其术后肠功能及营养状况的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年9月接受直肠癌手术患者48例,随机分为两组,各24例。对照组进行传统护理模式;观察组在传统护理基础上加用饮食护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组营养状况健康率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排气及排便正常的例数高于对照组,出现疼痛感和大便出血的例数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:直肠癌手术后采用饮食护理干预对患者术后的肠功能影响小,且患者营养状况更好。
Objective:To study the effect of dietary nursing on postoperative intestinal function and nutritional status of rectal cancer patients after operation.Methods:From October 2019 to September 2020,48 cases of patients who underwent rectal cancer operation were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 24 cases in each group.The control group carried out the traditional nursing mode.The observation group carried out the dietary nursing on the basis of the traditional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The nutritional health rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of normal exhaust and defecation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of pain and stool bleeding was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After rectal cancer operation,dietary nursing intervention has little effect on postoperative intestinal function and better nutritional status.
