加压冷疗护理干预对膝关节置换术后患者康复的应用价值

Application value of pressure cold therapy nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after knee replacement

目的:探讨加压冷疗护理干预对膝关节置换术后患者康复的应用价值。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年9月接受膝关节置换术患者72例,随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组给予常规冰敷;观察组给予加压冷疗护理。比较两组患者疼痛情况、膝关节功能和髌骨周径。结果:观察组术后6 h、24 h及48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后HSS评分高于对照组,髌骨周径低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节置换术后采用加压冷疗护理干预,能有效改善患者疼痛情况,促进膝关节功能和髌骨周径的恢复。

Objective:To explore the application value of pressure cold therapy nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients after knee replacement.Methods:From March 2019 to September 2020,72 patients with knee arthroplasty were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ice compress.The observation group was given pressure cold therapy nursing.We compared the pain,knee function and patellar circumference between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the VAS scores at 6 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after operation were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the HSS score was higher than that in the control group,and the patellar circumference was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pressure cold therapy nursing intervention after knee replacement can effectively improve the pain of patients,and promote the recovery of knee function and patellar circumference.
