肿瘤靶向治疗护理在乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用探讨

To explore the application of tumor targeted therapy nursing in the treatment of breast cancer patients

目的:探究乳腺癌患者在实施肿瘤靶向治疗过程中有效的护理干预措施与效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治乳腺癌患者108例,所有患者均采用靶向药物治疗;随机分为两组,各54例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组采用肿瘤靶向治疗护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念与健康知识水平评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组功能状态与体力状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在行靶向治疗的乳腺癌患者中实施科学系统的护理干预,能够减轻患者的不良反应,提高其自我护理能力,并有效改善健康状况。

Objective:To explore the effective nursing intervention measures and effect of breast cancer patients in the implementation of tumor targeted therapy.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,108 patients with breast cancer were selected,all patients were treated with targeted drugs.They were randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received tumor targeted therapy nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of functional state and physical condition were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the targeted treatment of breast cancer patients,the implementation of scientific and systematic nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reactions of patients,improve their self-care ability,and effectively improve their health status.
