分阶段护理模式在高龄产妇剖宫产分娩中的应用

Application of stage-by-stage nursing model in cesarean section of elderly parturient

目的:探讨分阶段护理模式在高龄产妇剖宫产分娩中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月进行剖宫产分娩的35岁以上高龄产妇128例,随机分为两组,各64例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予分阶段护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:两组新生儿出生后1 min、5 min、10 min的Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇护理后疼痛(NRS)、抑郁(SDS)和焦虑(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿并发症发生率及产妇并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄产妇剖宫产分娩中应用分阶段护理模式,能有效改善产妇术后疼痛和缓解心理状态,减少新生儿和产妇分娩后并发症,临床护理效果较好。

Objective:To explore the effect of stage-by-stage nursing model in cesarean section of elderly parturients.Methods:From May 2019 to April 2020,128 parturients over 35 years old who underwent cesarean section were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given stage-by-stage nursing mode.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the Apgar scores of the two groups of newborns at 1 min,5 min,and 10 min after birth(P>0.05).The post-nursing pain(NRS)score,self-rating depression(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications and maternal complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stage-by-stage nursing model in cesarean section of elderly parturients can effectively improve the postoperative pain and psychological state of parturients,reduce the complications of newborns and parturients after delivery,and the clinical nursing effect is better.
