预见性护理对维持性血液透析患者并发症及营养状态指标的影响研究

Study on the effect of predictive nursing on complications and nutritional status indexes of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的:评估预见性护理对维持性血液透析患者并发症及营养状态的影响。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治维持性血液透析患者92例,随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组采取常规护理;试验组采取预见性护理。比较两组并发症发生率及营养状态指标水平。结果:试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后血清总蛋白、血清前清蛋白、血清清蛋白及血清转铁蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为维持性血液透析患者实施预见性护理,可以减少患者的并发症,并改善患者的营养状态。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of predictive nursing on complications and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,92 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 46 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care.The experimental group received predictive nursing care.The incidence of complications and the level of nutritional status indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum total protein,serum proalbumin,serum albumin and serum transferrin in experimental group were higher than the control group after nursing,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing for maintenance hemodialysis patients can reduce the complications and improve the nutritional status of patients.
