实时互动微信平台对门诊高尿酸血症患者健康管理研究

Real time interactive wechat platform for health management of outpatients with hyperuricemia

目的:探讨实时互动微信平台对门诊高尿酸血症患者健康管理的效果。方法:2018年12月-2020年11月收治高尿酸血症患者130例,随机分为两组,各65例。对照组给予常规健康指导;研究组在常规健康指导基础上加入“实时互动微信平台”健康管理教育。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组干预后血尿酸、收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、血糖、体质量指数等指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后高尿酸血症相关认知及行为均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实时互动微信平台健康管理教育,能有效改善门诊高尿酸血症患者尿酸、血压等指标水平,提高患者高尿酸血症相关认知及行为,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of real time interactive wechat platform for health management of outpatients with hyperuricemia.Methods:From December 2018 to November 2020,130 patients with hyperuricemia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health guidance.The research group was given health management education of"real-time interactive wechat platform"on the basis of routine health guidance.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after intervention,the levels of serum uric acid,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride,total cholesterol,blood glucose and body mass index were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after intervention,hyperuricemia related cognition and behavior were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,after intervention,the scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health management education of real-time interactive wechat platform can effectively improve the level of uric acid,blood pressure and other indicators of patients with hyperuricemia,improve the cognition and behavior of patients with hyperuricemia,and improve the quality of life of patients.
