全程质量控制在消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量控制中的效果分析

Effect of whole process quality control on quality control of instrument cleaning and disinfection in disinfection supply center

目的:评估全程质量控制应用于消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量控制的效果。方法:抽取2019年2-7月消毒供应中心的器械1500件,未实行全程质量控制;抽取2019年8月-2020年1月消毒供应中心的器械1500件,实行全程质量控制。比较实施全程质量控制前后的器械质量控制情况、相关科室对器械的满意度及医院感染率。结果:全程质量控制后的器械质量合格率及相关科室满意度评分均高于控制前,医院感染率低于控制前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量控制中,实行全程质量控制的效果理想,主要表现为可提高器械质量及相关科室的满意度,同时能严格控制医院的感染率。

Objective:To explore the effect of whole process quality control on quality control of instrument cleaning and disinfection in disinfection supply center.Methods:1500 pieces of instruments from February to July in 2019 were selected from the disinfection and supply center,and the whole process quality control was not implemented.1500 pieces of instruments from August 2019 to January 2020 in the disinfection and supply center were selected to implement the whole process quality control.We compared the quality control of the equipment before and after the implementation of the whole process quality control,the satisfaction of the relevant departments to the equipment and the hospital infection rate.Results:After the whole process of quality control,the qualified rate of equipment quality and the satisfaction score of relevant departments were higher than those before the control,and the hospital infection rate was lower than that before the control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the quality control of instrument cleaning and disinfection in the disinfection supply center,the effect of the whole process quality control is ideal,it can improve the quality of equipment and the satisfaction of related departments,and control the infection rate of the hospital strictly.
