导管意外脱出后穿刺皮下隧道纤维鞘置入隧道式透析导管1例

摘要 动静脉内瘘是公认的最佳透析通路,但由于种种原因,部分透析患者会长期以隧道式透析导管(tunnel-cuffed catheter,TCC)做为维持性透析通路,TCC长期留置会导致穿刺入路的外周静脉及中心静脉狭窄甚至闭塞。临床中透析导管意外脱出并不少见,由于之前反复长期置管导致可用静脉资源耗竭,给再次置管带来极大的困难。
