摘要
为了检验教师效能感量表中文版的信度和效度,采用修订后的教师效能感量表中文版对897名参加过教育实习的小学教育专业学生进行调查,并同时施测教师教学效能感量表。随机抽取354人间隔两周后进行重测。结果表明:量表各项目区分度良好。提取学生参与、班级管理、教学策略三个公因素。累计方差贡献率56.48%。验证性因素分析发现,各拟合指数良好(χ^(2)/df=3.056,CFI=0.986,TLI=0.985,RMSEA=0.046)。校标与量表显著相关,相关系数在0.852-0.927之间(p<0.001),量表总的内部一致性系数为0.888,重测信度为0.700。因此,教师效能感量表中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为教师效能感的研究工具对我国职前教师进行测量。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the teachers'efficacy scale.Methods:897 students of primary education who have participated in educational internships were selected as participants finished the format test,and 354 of them were randomly selected to be re-tested 2 weeks later.Results:There is a good discrimination of items for the participants.3 factors including student engagement,classroom management,and instructional strategies are extracted,accounting for 56.48%of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis found good indices(χ^(2)/df=3.056,CFI=0.986,TLI=0.985,RMSEA=0.046).The calibration scale was significantly correlated with the scale,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.852-0.927(p<0.001).Overall internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.888,and the re-test reliability was 0.700.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the teachers'efficacy scale is a reliable and valid tool to assess the teachers’efficacy for Chinese pre-service teachers.
