摘要 通过旨在探讨大学生自尊、正性情绪与生命意义感之间的关系,构建自尊、正性情绪与生命意义感的中介模型。方法:采用自尊量表、正性负性情绪量表、生命意义感量表,对选取的223名在校大学生进行施测。结果:(1)相较于自尊低分组,自尊高分组在正性情绪、生命意义感及其各维度得分显著更高。(2)自尊、正性情绪与生命意义感总分以及各维度得分两两正相关。(3)自尊能显著正向预测大学生的生命意义感,正性情绪在这一过程中发挥部分中介效应,中介效应占总效应的34.2%。结论:高校可以通过提升自尊和调节正性情绪的途径增强大学生生命意义感。 This study aims to explore the relationship between self-esteem,positive emotion and college students’sense of meaning in life,and to construct an intermediary model for self-esteem,positive emotion and meaning in life.Methods:In terms of self-esteem scale,the positive and negative affect scale and the sense of meaning in life,questionnaire are used to investigate 223 college students.Results:(1)Compared with the low self-esteem group,the high self-esteem group scores significantly higher in positive emotion and the sense of meaning in life and other dimensions.(2)Self-esteem and positive emotion are positively correlated with the total score of the sense of meaning in life and other dimensions.(3)Self-esteem can significantly positively predict college students’sense of meaning in life and the positive emotion plays a part of intermediary effect,accounting for 34.2%of the total effect.Conclusion:Colleges and universities can enhance college students’sense of meaning in life by improving their self-esteem and regulating their positive emotion.
