语言学的元语言国际研究现状与发展趋势——基于Bibliometrix的动态可视化分析

A Bibliometrix Analysis of Linguistic Metalanguage in International Journals

语言学的元语言是语言学家描写和谈论语言的工具,对该语言现象已有大量理论探讨和应用研究。本文借助文献计量分析软件Bibliometrix,对国际相关刊物发表的元语言相关文献进行可视化呈现并展开分析。研究发现自然语义元语言的研究成果最为丰硕,该学派研究已向跨文化语用学等方向发展;基于系统功能语言学元语言功能研究集中体现在读写教育、多模态识读能力以及语类教学法等研究方面,应用前景广阔;语言政策与语言规划、语言与性别等社会语言学议题开始引入元语言相关概念进行研究,成为新的学术增长点。

Linguistic metalanguage is a tool for linguists to describe and talk about language.There have been many theoretical discussions and applied researches on this linguistic phenomenon.This paper visually presents and analyzes the metalanguage-related literature published in relevant international journals with Bibliometrix.The research has found that the research of Natural Semantic Metalanguage is the most fruitful,and it has been developed in the direction of cross-cultural pragmatics;the research on the function of metalanguage based on Systemic Functional Linguistics is mainly embodied in literacy education,multiliteracies and genre pedagogy and other research areas;sociolinguistics issues such as language policy and planning,language and gender,and language rights have begun to introduce metalanguage related concepts for research,which has become a new academic growth point.
