摘要
依据电气柜散热设计基本原理,以优化电气柜内温度分布为目标,通过建立电气柜流速场和温度场的数值分析模型,计算电气柜的温度分布,并采用参数化扫描优化电气柜散热性能。研究结果表明:合理的优化设计能在有限的空间里实现电气柜内部元件温度控制,为船用电动起重系统的正常工作提供保障。
Following the basic principle of thermal design and aiming at optimizing the temperature distribution in the electrical cabinet,the numerical analysis model of the flow velocity field and temperature field of the electrical cabinet is established,the temperature distribution is calculated,and the heat dissipation performance of the electrical cabinet is optimized by parameter sweeping.Research result shows that properly optimization design can realize the temperature control of the internal components of the electrical cabinet,and ensure the normal operation of the electrical system of the electrical deck crane.
