摘要
面对逐渐普及的海洋液化天然气(LNG)动力技术,适用于海洋环境下的船用C型LNG燃料罐的安全问题已经成为设计热点。通过有限元方法,对1台8 m^(3)船用C型LNG燃料罐进行含大温差的温度场分析以及多海况下的强度分析。结果显示:绝热层可以有效避免金属在热应力下的损伤;进一步对比研究,在含运动方向惯性力的海况中,结构各部件的应力强度水平普遍偏高,尤其对于结构固定支撑件;在设计优化过程中,这种海况应首要考虑并谨慎对待。研究结果可在设计阶段对结构优化提供一定的技术指导并提高材料利用率。
Facing the increasingly popular marine LNG power technology,the safety of C-type LNG fuel tank for marine environment has become a design hotspot.Through finite element method,analysis of temperature field including large temperature difference and strength analysis under multiple sea conditions on a 8 m^(3) marine C-type LNG fuel vessel is operated.The results show that thermal insulation layer can effectively avoid metal damage under thermal stress.Further comparative study shows that in the sea conditions with inertial force in the direction of motion,the stress intensity of each component of the structure is generally high,especially for the fixed support of the structure.In the process of design optimization,this kind of sea condition should be considered first and treated with caution.
