摘要
从项目管理的组织类型入手,结合船舶设备研发活动的特点以及项目型组织和职能型组织的优缺点,讨论管理新船舶设备开发和开发项目的组织要求,包括充分了解管理模式,积极创造支持项目管理的环境,以及采用适合项目特点的灵活组织形式,以期为船舶设备开发过程中的项目管理提供一定的参考。
Starting from the organizational types of project management,combined with the characteristics of ship equipment R and D activities and the advantages and disadvantages of project-based organization and functional organization,the organizational requirements for managing new ship equipment development and development projects are discussed,including fully understanding the management mode,actively creating an environment to support project management,and adopting a flexible organizational form suitable for the characteristics of the project,which provide some reference for the project management in the process of ship equipment development.
