抗拉压具有恒刚度特性的柔顺铰链设计

摘要 提出一种抗拉压载荷具有恒刚度特性的柔顺铰链机构。该机构通过利用柔顺机构学原理合理布置平面柔性梁。既实现了抵抗较大拉压载荷引起的柔顺梁的鲁棒性,又兼具较好的移动恒刚度特性。该柔顺铰链可应用于精密XY定位平台或其他复合柔顺机构中。结合柔顺铰链特点利用有限元分析软件2D分析,验证了其在受较大范围拉压载荷下具有上述的力学特性。其设计思想也可用在其他类型具有恒刚度特性的柔顺机构设计中。 A kind of compliant hinge mechanism with constant rigidity is proposed.The mechanism rationally arranges plane flexible beams by using the principle of compliant mechanism.It not only realizes the robustness against the compliant beam caused by large tension and compression loads,but also has better moving constant stiffness characteristics.The compliant hinge can be applied to a precision XY positioning platform or other composite compliant mechanisms.Combining the characteristics of the compliant hinge and using the finite element analysis software 2D analysis,it is verified that it has the above-mentioned mechanical characteristics under a wide range of tension and compression loads.The design idea can also be used in the design of other types of compliant mechanisms with constant stiffness characteristics.
