摘要
为了研究某液位变送器的抗震性能和地震作用下的受力特征,验证它是否满足强度要求,使用ABAQUS 6.14对某液位变送器进行数值建模与抗震性能分析。抗震加载方式为反应谱+重力荷载作用,并根据GB50267-1997核电厂抗震设计规范、ASME-AG-1-2015核空气与气体处理标准、ASME规范第Ⅲ卷,2004年版、NB/T 20038-2011核空气和气体处理规范-设计和制造通用要求,对该液位变送器的结构及其固定/连接螺栓强度按照应力评定准则进行了应力评定,评定结果满足上述标准要求。
In order to study the force characteristics and seismic performance of a certain liquid level transmitter,and check whether it meets the strength requirements,the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS 6.14 is used to model and analyze the liquid level transmitter.The seismic analysis method adopts the response spectrum method and is based on the ASME-AG-1-2015 Nuclear Air and Gas Treatment Standard,GB50267-1997 Nuclear Power Plant Seismic Design Code,ASME Code Volume III,Nuclear Power Plant Equipment Construction Guidelines,2004 edition,NB/T 20038-2011 Nuclear Air and Gas Handling Specifications-General Requirements for Design and Manufacturing.The transmitter structure and the strength of its fixing/connecting bolts are evaluated for stress,and the results meet the above-mentioned standard requirements.
