摘要
首先对垃圾处理筛选机进行结构设计;其主要核心元件是滚筒,设计的滚筒其结构为圆锥式滚筒筛,同时针对国内垃圾筛选机的一些筛选效率低、筛选单一、筛选噪音大等缺点,又提出了借助Solidworks Simulation对垃圾处理分选机滚筒进行有限元建模与模态分析,根据结果对筒筛进行了创新设计,改善了其薄弱环节,提高筛选机构的工作性能。
This paper firstly designs the structure of the garbage disposal screening machine,its main core element is the drum.The drum designed in this paper is a roller screen for innovation.At the same time,some domestic garbage screening machines have low screening efficiency,single screening,and the shortcomings of screening noise are large.This paper proposes to use Solidworks Simulation to perform finite element modeling and modal analysis on the drum of the garbage disposal sorting machine.According to the analysis results,the drum screen is innovatively designed to improve its weak links and improve the work performance of screening mechanism.
