三叉神经痛患者微球囊压迫术后面部感觉异常发生的影响因素

Influencing factors of facial paresthesia after microballoon compression in patients with trigeminal neuralgia

目的探讨三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia,TGN)患者微球囊压迫术后面部感觉异常发生的影响因素。方法选取2017年1月至2020年2月河南省平顶山市第二人民医院80例TGN患者作为研究对象,均行微球囊压迫术治疗,术后随访6个月,统计所有TGN患者面部感觉异常发生情况,并收集患者基线资料,包括年龄、病程、疼痛累及部位、球囊压迫时间、高血压、糖尿病,分析TGN患者微球囊压迫术后面部感觉异常的影响因素。结果80例TGN患者中微球囊压迫术后面部感觉异常25例,发生率为31.25%;经单因素及Logistic多因素分析,疼痛累及第二支神经、球囊压迫时间长、合并高血压均为TGN患者术后面部感觉异常的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论TGN患者在微球囊压迫术后面部感觉异常发生率较高,而疼痛累及第二支神经、球囊压迫时间长、合并高血压均为TGN患者术后面部感觉异常的影响因素,临床可据此及时采取干预措施。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of facial paresthesia after microballoon compression in patients with trigeminal neuralgia(TGN).Methods Eighty TGN patients in the Second People's Hospital of Pingdingshan City,Henan Province from January 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received microballoon compression treatment.After 6 months of postoperative follow-up,the incidence of facial paresthesia in all TGN patients was statistically analyzed,and the baseline data of the patients was collected,including age,course of disease,sites of pain involved,time of balloon compression,hypertension and diabetes.Factors affecting facial paresthesia after microballoon compression in TGN patients were analyzed.Results Among 80 cases of patients with TGN,25 cases had facial paresthesia after microsphere compression,with the incidence rate of 31.25%,Univariate and Logistic multivariate analysis showed pain involved the second branch of nerve,balloon compression time length and complicated hypertension were the influencing factors of postoperative facial paresthesia in patients with TGN(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion TGN patients have a high incidence of facial paresthesia after microballoon compression,and pain involved the second branch of nerve,balloon compression time length and complicated hypertension are the influencing factors of postoperative facial paresthesia in TGN patients,so timely intervention measures can be taken clinically.
