自拟血府逐瘀方治疗胸痹心痛(瘀血阻络型)的疗效及对心电图、心肌酶谱的影响

目的讨论自拟血府逐瘀方治疗胸痹心痛(瘀血阻络型)的疗效及对心电图、心肌酶谱的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月河南省洛阳市中医院收治的95例胸痹心痛(瘀血阻络型)患者按随机数字表分为汤药组与常规组,汤药组48例,常规组47例。常规组给予常规西医对症治疗,汤药组在常规组基础上给予自拟血府逐瘀方。治疗前后评估疗效、心电图及心肌酶谱的变化情况。结果通过对比发现,用药后汤药组临床总有效率91.67%明显高于常规组的72.34%(P<0.05)。治疗后汤药组中医证候积分中心悸胸闷(1.34±0.09)分、心前疼痛(3.14±0.24)分明显低于常规组心悸胸闷(3.11±0.16)分、心前疼痛(3.14±0.24)分(P<0.01)。治疗前后,两组患者酸肌磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟血府逐瘀方治疗胸痹心痛(瘀血阻络型)的疗效显著,对改善心电图的相关数据作用良好。

Objective To explore the effect self-made Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of chest pain(blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals)and its effect on electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme spectrum.Methods A total of 95 patients with angina pectoris(blood stasis obstruction of collaterals)admitted to Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan Province from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into decoction group and conventional group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in the decoction group and 47 cases in the conventional group.The conventional group was given symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine,and the decoction group was given self-designed Xuefu Zhuyu prescription on the basis of the conventional group.The effect,electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme changes were evaluated before and after treatment.Results By comparison,the total effective rate of 91.67%in the decoction group was significantly higher than that of 72.34%in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the decoction group in terms of palpitations and chest tightness(1.34±0.09)and precordial pain(3.14±0.24)were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(3.11±0.16)and(3.14±0.24),respectively(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in Creatine Kinase(CK),Myokinase Isoenzyme(CK-MB)and Lactate Dehydrogenase(LDH)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of angina pectoris(blood stasis obstruction of collaterals),and has a good effect on improving the relevant data of ECG.
