浅谈生鲜电商的冷链物流成本控制--以叮咚买菜为例 被引量:9

摘要 近几年,电子商务在飞速地发展,带动了另一个细分市场生鲜电商蓬勃发展。尤其在2020年初,生鲜电商迎来了一次爆发式的订单增长。生鲜电商依靠粘性的消费需求占据市场优势,但是生鲜产品存在保质期短、损耗大、不易存储等问题,对冷链物流有着极强的依赖性,因此冷链物流的成本控制也就显得尤为重要。文中以叮咚买菜为例,从冷链物流的流程角度,划分冷链物流成本组成并分析现状,从而提出控制成本的相关建议。 In recent years,the fresh food e-commerce as a market segment is growing fast with the rapid development of electronic commerce.Especially in earlier 2020,has seen an explosive growth in orders.The which are fragile and hard to store has a strong dependency on cold chain logistics because the fresh products have short sheof life,Cost control is particularly important.This paper takes Dingdongmaicai as an example which divides the cost composition of cold chain logistics and analyzes the situation from the process of cold chain logistics.This paper also gives some advice on cost control.
