炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种以肠道慢性炎症性改变为主要病理特征的免疫性疾病,常伴随不同程度的营养不良,而该临床症状也是影响患者预后的重要因素之一。因此营养治疗在IBD人群中极为重要。新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)时期,医疗资源紧缺,就医相对困难,且存在一定的感染风险,正确认识新冠肺炎与IBD的关系,适度调整营养治疗策略对IBD人群具有重要意义。本文将从新冠肺炎与IBD的相关性、特殊时期IBD营养状况评估、营养治疗方案及时机的选择等方面进行综述,旨在完善特殊时期IBD人群治疗的临床应用。

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is an immune disease characterized by chronic inflammatory changes of the intestine,which is often accompanied by different degrees of malnutrition,and this clinical symptom is also one of the important factors affecting the prognosis of patients.Therefore,nutritional therapy is very important for patients with IBD.During the epidemic of COVID-19,as medical resources were scarce,it was relatively difficult to get the medical treatment,and there was a certain risk of infection.It is of great significance for IBD population to fully understand the relationship between COVID-19 and IBD and appropriately adjust the nutritional treatment strategy.This article will review the correlation between COVID-19 and IBD,the evaluation of nutritional status of IBD in special period,the choice of nutritional treatment plan and timing,etc.,in order to improve the clinical application of treatment of IBD population in special period.
