摘要
牛结核病(bovine tuberculosis, bTB)是一种主要由牛分枝杆菌引起的人兽共患病。各国通常采用"检疫-扑杀"的措施来降低牛结核病造成的经济损失并以此来保障公共卫生安全。文章综述了基于病原体水平、免疫蛋白(及其衍生物)水平和核酸(分子)水平的牛结核病检测方法的部分研究成果,以期为牛结核病的检疫与临床诊断提供理论依据。
Bovine tuberculosis is a zoonotic disease mainly caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis variant bovis. Countries usually adopt "quarantine-culling" measures to reduce the economic losses caused by bovine tuberculosis and to ensure public health security. This article summarized some research results of bovine tuberculosis detection methods based on pathogen level, immune protein(and its derivatives) level, and nucleic acid(molecular) level, in order to provide theoretical basis for bovine tuberculosis quarantine and clinical diagnosis.
